Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in the area of responsibility.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Handle and store food properly; rotate inventory.
• Prepare food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Assist with specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
