Chick-fil-A is hiring Cooks / Prep Cooks in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. All training is conducted in-house through our orientation and training program. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting interested candidates.

As a Cook/Prep teammate, you will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, operate fryers and grills, stock inventory, and keep the kitchen clean and organized. Competitive wages and a positive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age (teens welcome).
• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, prep.
• Prepare cold individual and catering menu items.
• Stock restaurant inventory as needed.
• Work with fryers and grills and keep the kitchen neat and organized.
• Stay up to date with new products and in-house training.

Cook/Prep responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and prep.
• Prepare cold individual and catering menu items.
• Stock restaurant inventory as needed.
• Work with fryers and grills.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.
• Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
