Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
  • Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment after each use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take customer orders and prepare quick-prep items.
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Prepare and serve at multiple stations using approved recipes and standards.
  • Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
