PIONEER VILLAGE in Oregon is seeking a warm, patient cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents in our care community. You will follow standardized recipes, manage timely service, and help create a pleasant dining experience.

Experience with large-scale food preparation in healthcare is valued. You will work with a supportive team, maintain clean work areas, and take pride in serving seniors with compassion and kindness.

Qualifications

• Experience in large food quantity preparation in a health care community.
• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with seniors.
• Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Provide a pleasant dining experience for residents.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
