Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Oregon is seeking dedicated dining staff to prepare high-quality meals for residents in a care-centered environment.

You will follow standardized recipes, ensure timely service, and contribute to a warm dining experience while maintaining a clean, friendly work setting and collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in large food quantity preparation in a health care community is desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and kind; heart for working with senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Provide a pleasant dining experience for residents.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
