Summary: Performs a variety of food and production assignments, along with related cleaning duties. Provides the highest level of customer service with the goal of delivering an outstanding experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Cook/Prepare, Produce, Store, Cleans and Serve.
  2. Follow recipe, production standards and assignments.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products delivered for use within the Food Service Department and stored appropriately.
  4. Handle and store all products safely according to guidelines.
  5. Assemble trays and plates according to customer needs.
  6. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
  7. Operate kitchen equipment safely according to established guidelines.
  8. Attend to customers face-to-face and via phone.
  9. Complete and maintain required documentation such as HACCP temp logs, prep and pull sheets, cooling and re-heating logs.
  10. May be required to work off-site.
  11. Follow all regulatory guidelines as required.
  12. Communicate effectively to identify issues and implement corrective measures.

Position Qualifications and Experience Required:
