Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in Corona, CA is seeking a Cook located at CRMCHospital to prepare hot items for patient trayline, cafeteria, doctor's lounge and catering, following production schedules.

Reporting to the Director of Nutritional Services, you may supervise kitchen staff in the director's absence and ensure all duties meet local, state and federal regulations. A Food Workers’ certificate is required within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Basic to advanced culinary skills; Knowledge of modified and therapeutic diets preferred
• Minimum 2-4 year previous experience with hospital or institutional food preparation required
• Food Workers’ certificate required within 30 days of start date.

The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center.
