Responsibilities include:

1. Identify and report food and supplies needed for the upcoming week's menus.
2. Assist in receiving, rotating, and storing products.
3. Prepare menus and cook food according to nutritional guidelines, regulations, and residents' individual dietary needs and preferences.
4. Present food attractively and ensure timely delivery.
5. Foster residents' independence during meals by providing adaptive equipment as needed.
6. Engage with residents during meals to ensure quality service.
7. Coordinate food service for special events and encourage resident participation.
8. Report any malfunctioning kitchen equipment to the food service director.
9. Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements
