Responsibilities:

  • Receive, stock inventory, prepare, cook, and assemble orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Follow food safety and quality standards by adhering to standard operating procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete all training requirements, including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
  • Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
  • Maintain awareness of current promotions and represent the Zaxby's brand enthusiastically.
  • Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
  • Prepare menu items according to company standards, safely and hygienically.
  • Handle food and beverages following safety regulations.
  • Operate food preparation and cooking equipment safely.
  • Maintain product levels in stations for immediate needs.
  • Prepare and cook food items according to standards.
  • Assemble and package guest orders accurately.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and maintain equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management, receive and stock deliveries, and follow food safety guidelines.
  • Complete all tasks promptly and work safely following all safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.

Capability Requirements:

  • Sit, stand, and walk continuously.
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including using ladders.
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
