Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all training requirements, including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
- Maintain awareness of current promotions and represent the Zaxby's brand enthusiastically.
- Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
- Prepare menu items according to company standards, safely and hygienically.
- Handle food and beverages following safety regulations.
- Operate food preparation and cooking equipment safely.
- Maintain product levels in stations for immediate needs.
- Prepare and cook food items according to standards.
- Assemble and package guest orders accurately.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and maintain equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, receive and stock deliveries, and follow food safety guidelines.
- Complete all tasks promptly and work safely following all safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
Capability Requirements:
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including using ladders.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Use hands and wrists for grasping and manipulation.
- Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing.
- Maintain effective visual and auditory perception.
- Work in temperature-varied environments with exposure to food allergens.
- Operate restaurant equipment safely, including knives and fryers.
