We are hiring Part-time Cook at Gyu-Kaku Tustin, CA

Responsibilities:

Follow all recipes and performs food preparation & cooking duties including meat, salad, appetizers, entrees, desserts, etc.

Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available

Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation

Qualifications:

Equivalent experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.

Restaurant experience preferred

Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices

Must maintain good hygiene

Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm

Be a team player with strong work ethics

Must be able to work holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year)

Pay and Benefits:

Wage averages to about $18.00 per hour + Tips

Raise after training and regularly based on performance.
