Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions at EHM-Brecon Village, located at 200 Brecon Dr, Saline, MI 48176.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with AM and PM shifts. Hours and days may vary; more details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous culinary experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $18.40 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
  2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
  3. Uses established procedures during service and maintains records.
  4. Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and stores excess food safely.
  5. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
  6. Assists in planning, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
  7. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  8. Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships with team members.
  9. Follows safety standards including HACCP and proper handling procedures.
