Carefree Living in St. Cloud is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Cook to join our established and growing Assisted Living community. Schedule

Part-time | Varies. Additional shift differential of $1.50 for PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals for residents and staff while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
• Ensure all meals meet food handling and safety guidelines, including strict compliance with sanitation procedures.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness, including dishwashing and end-of-shift clean-up.
• Promote and uphold OSHA safety practices, ensuring a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with professionalism and good judgment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow infection control and sanitation procedures, including proper handwashing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents, coworkers, and visitors.
• Must pass a criminal background study and meet the physical requirements of the position.
