Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals with proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food.
• Use ticketing procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with team and customers.
• Follow food safety standards like HACCP.
• Follow safety policies, including proper glove and footwear use and safe lifting techniques.
