Job summary

Parkside Senior Living in Neenah, WI is seeking a Part-time Cook to join our caring team and support residents, families, and the community. You will prepare meals, follow recipes, and ensure high sanitation and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and meeting resident dining expectations. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of cooking experience (including short order cooking) and a Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cooking experience, including some short order cooking.
• Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to all residents and staff.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality food preparation and presentation.
• Order, receives, and rotates stock in conjunction with the Food Service Director.
• Read and follow recipes to ensure consistency of the product.
• Prepare and serve food items for breakfast, lunch or dinner as assigned.
• Assist with meeting or exceeding resident dining expectations.
• Is knowledgeable in food preparation techniques and presentation.
• Other relevant duties may be required or assigned by Supervisor.

About the Opportunity
