• Location: Vista West Madison - 150 Bella Vista Drive, Madison, WI 53717.
• Schedule: Part-time; days and hours may vary, including weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food.
3. Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
4. Cleans kitchen after use, maintains cleanliness standards, and manages food storage safely.
5. Keeps refrigerators and storerooms organized and clean.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
7. Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
8. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with team members and customers.
11. Follows safety protocols, including HACCP standards and personal safety measures.
