Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in East Peoria, IL is seeking a Cook to ensure guests receive high-quality food items from an immaculate kitchen and served in a timely manner.

You will prepare menu items according to recipes, maintain cleanliness and follow health standards, ring orders through POS, restock, and support a safe work environment at all times.

POSITION SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
