Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, MO is seeking a Cook to prepare menu items to order from an immaculate kitchen and deliver quality dishes in a timely manner.

You will stock and maintain stations, ring items through POS, follow health and safety guidelines, and participate in training. The role is part-time with benefits including discounts, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays.

• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Adheres to health department hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines.
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
