Job summary

Cassia Community in Princeton, MN is seeking a cook for Elim Wellspring. On-call, 8-hour day shifts, offering $22.50–$24/hour depending on experience. Work with the Dietary Manager to plan menus and create nutritious meals using high-end ingredients.

Ideal candidate has 1+ year of commercial cooking experience, can follow recipes, and works well in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to pass background checks and stand for long shifts is required.

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
• Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

As aCookatElim Wellspring, you will partner with the Dietary Manager and Regional Dietitian to plan menus. You willuse your creativity to make culinary delights using fresh, high-end ingredients. Position Type: On-Call, 8 hour day shifts

Wage Range:$22.50 - $24 / hour depending on experience

Cook Responsibilities:
