Job Summary

Prepares food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare them for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Use ticket collection procedures during service; maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the kitchen clean and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Store or discard excess food following safe food‑handling procedures.
• Clean refrigerators and storerooms.
• Operate kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents to supervisor.
• Attend safety and in‑service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers.
• Perform duties safely while keeping the work environment clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature.
• Commit to personal and team safety.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures.
