Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a PRN to On Call Line Cook to join our premier senior living community in El Dorado Hills, CA. The role focuses on crafting high-quality, scratch-made meals for residents and guests in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen setting.
• Ability to deliver consistently high-quality dishes on a busy line.
• Strong communication and teamwork to work with staff and residents’ needs.
• Commitment to health screenings and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate meals in a full scratch kitchen to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
• Support residents and guests with friendly, proactive service.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.50

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
