Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in food preparation related to the job, equivalent to one year in a commercial/institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare entrées, starches, or vegetables for Breakfast, Lunch, and/or Supper.
• Modify consistency of foods per medical prescriptions when needed.
• Assist in preparing medically prescribed dietary meals and substitutions.
