Job summary

Maschio's Food Service Inc. in Rockaway, NJ seeks a Cook/Manager for a school food service program. Monday–Friday, part-time day shift (5–6 hours), summers off; K-12 experience a plus.

Must be organized, able to multitask, and lead positively; able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools. Duties include food prep, cooking, POS use, following NSLP recipes, stocking, ordering, inventory, and maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen.
