We're Hiring: Cook (Travel and Lodging Accommodations Provided)!

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Location: Los Angeles, CA or Riverside, CA or Anaheim, CA or Irvine, CA or San Diego, CA
(Travel and Lodging Accommodations are provided)
Position: Cook
Pay Rate: $33/hr plus possible $200 bonus
Shift: 12 hours shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Duration: Typically, approximately a 1-week assignment starting as soon as October 1, 2025
(Must be flexible on duration and start date)

What You'll Do:
Prepare meals per dietary and sanitation standards.
Support menu planning, recipe modification, and quality control.
Maintain HACCP logs and temperature monitoring.
Ensure clean, safe, and organized work areas.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of hospital, institutional, or restaurant cooking experience to include food preparation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to follow and modify recipes for quantity and taste, ability to safely and effectively operate standard foodservice equipment, adaptability, decision making, customer service, oral communication, planning, problem solving, teamwork.
