Integrated Support Solutions Inc. (ISSI) is seeking a Full-Time Cook for a surgical hospital in the Lubbock area. The position offers a base pay of $16.00 per hour, with a full-time, non-exempt schedule in a hospital food service setting.

You will prepare patient meals, cafeteria and catering items, and maintain high quality and portion control using standardized recipes. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cook experience, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a

Responsibilities

• Preparation of foods for patients, cafeteria and caterings.
• Responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standardized recipes.
• Responsible for appropriate quantities of food needed to meet menu requirements.
• May be required to delivery patient trays to patient rooms
• Cleaning of kitchen area following prep/cooking, including pots, pans, utensils and other items
• Responsible for following standards and methods as outlined in the Policy and Procedures to promote high quality food and prevent food borne illnesses in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
