Base pay range

$25.00/yr - $29.43/yr

Duties

1. Serves as working leader of 3 or more employees in accomplishing trades and labor work.
2. Passes on instructions received from supervisor to other workers and initiates work by assigning tasks to team members.
3. Ensures that needed equipment, supplies, and materials are available.
4. Maintains sufficient work to keep the team busy and checks work in progress to ensure it complies with supervisor’s instructions.
5. Demonstrates proper work methods and answers workers’ questions regarding procedures, policies, and instructions.

Requirements

Conditions of Employment

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of initial food sanitation and safety training within 30 days and annual refresher training.
• Satisfactory completion of background checks, including a medical examination.
• Complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for access to federally-controlled facilities.

• Skill to plan, coordinate, and time food preparation to ensure timely service without waste.
