Position: Non-appropriated Fund (NAF), assigned to the 92 Force Support Squadron, Alder House, Fairchild AFB, WA. This is a regular part-time position, guaranteed 20-34 hours per week, depending on facility needs. The role involves leading other employees and preparing a wide variety of menu items.
As a working leader, responsibilities include providing guidance to employees, relaying instructions, demonstrating work methods, ensuring materials and tools are available, and maintaining safety and security rules. Tasks involve preparing various food items, adjusting recipes, planning cooking processes, and coordinating meal preparation.
Must be able to lead at least three workers, have knowledge of food preparation, and be able to lift objects up to 40 pounds regularly. Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or similar is required. Must meet physical and background requirements.
