Job summary

Legends | ASM Global is seeking a Cook Lead at the Long Beach Amphitheater. The Cook Lead directs cooks in producing all assigned menu items, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to Legends’ recipes, technique, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, portion controls, maintaining HACCP standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe. Evening and weekend events are required.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct cooks on production of all assigned menu items for efficiency and consistency.

• Maintain HACCP standards, cleanliness, and sanitation across kitchen areas.
• Monitor and report equipment conditions; ensure safety and operability.
