Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a cook to prepare and plate meals to standard recipes in a fast-paced environment. The role requires maintaining sanitation, managing station inventory, and coordinating orders for pickup.

Responsibilities include timely meal prep, monitoring quality, and adhering to safety procedures while supporting overall kitchen operations at our Biloxi facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of cook experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must obtain/maintain any licenses or certifications as required by law.

• Other physical requirements of the position include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
