Taco Mac is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our culinary team! We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly-motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for:

  1. Completing all assigned prep work
  2. Setting up cook's station
  3. Maintaining product presentations and quality
  4. Meeting cook time standards
  5. Preparing all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
  6. Setting up equipment and verifying stock
  7. Cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work area

A qualified applicant must have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift 25-70 pounds
  • Experience using knives and other food preparation equipment
  • Capacity to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours
