Beef 'O' Brady's in Bentonville, AR is hiring both full-time and part-time cooks for the back-of-house team. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items to recipe specs in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, cooking, and plating menu items according to recipe specs.
• Maintain quality food and fast service for guests.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized; operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
