Beef 'O' Brady’s in St. Petersburg, FL is hiring full-time and part-time cooks to join our back-of-the-house team. You’ll prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs while delivering fast, friendly service that keeps guests happy.

We offer a fun environment with a team culture, meal perks, paid training, and flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work weekends and holidays, and comfortable reading tickets and operating grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older; state/local requirements may apply.
• Weekend and holiday shift availability.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Capable of operating grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Stand/bend and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
