Child Care Center Cook

Bring your cooking talents and kitchen management skills as a Cook at Bright Horizons. You’ll plan menus, prepare meals, and order inventory while making a positive impact on children, families, and staff.

This is a part-time position; Monday through Friday; schedule: 10:00 AM-3:00 PM.

As a Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and preparing nutritionally balanced meals for children and staff
• Maintaining accurate inventory and placing orders as needed
• Managing meal prep, cleaning, and sanitation compliance

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all health, safety, and immunization requirements, and working in person at an early education/preschool child care center to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff. Compensation:

The hourly rate is between $19.00 and $20.10. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
