Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete training, including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan and station training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service and maintain awareness of promotions.
• Prepare menu items according to standards, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Operate food prep equipment safely, maintain product levels, and assemble orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Assist with inventory management and stock incoming deliveries.
• Follow safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.

Capability Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to work in temperature-varied environments.
