Responsible for the preparation, cooking, quality, and presentation of food for patients, staff, visitors, and catering functions. Follows established policies and procedures to ensure the quality and accuracy of food served. Supervises activities of other employees performing similar duties. Supports department functionality through sanitation, cleaning, storing dishes, utensils, and disinfecting work areas. Communicates effectively with peers and supervisors, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations to ensure optimal performance.
