Qualifications

• Some commercial cooking experience is required.
• Must pass a background screening for access to the work areas.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multiple menu items for a meal with planning and coordination so items are ready for serving together.
• Use a range of cooking procedures to prepare meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, sauces and gravies.
• Coordinate work to ensure staff have adequate tasks and that instructions are followed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping procedures on shift.
