Your Journey

1. Collaborate with associates to meet production goals and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
2. Mentor Cook III and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
3. Prepare hot and cold foods that meet our high standards.
4. Maintain knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques to execute dishes at the highest level.
5. Fulfill guest orders promptly with attention to detail.
6. Work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism.
7. Restock kitchen supplies and food items regularly, maintaining cleanliness.
8. Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to grasp, hold, sit, walk, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and carry up to 200 pounds with assistance.
• Work indoors in moderate to extreme temperatures, including freezers and kitchens.
