2. Ensure that refrigeration units and storage areas are clean and orderly.
3. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
4. Present food according to plating specifications, maintaining high quality and productivity standards; ensure specified portions are used in all preparations.
5. Maintain a professional appearance and greet guests in a friendly manner.
6. Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects well on Caesars and encourages others to do the same.
