A Cook II is responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.
As a Cook II, you will be responsible for preparing cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers according to designated recipes and quality standards. Your duties include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of cooking experience, preferably on the line or in banquets, with the ability to work any shift as needed. Previous hotel and high-volume production experience is a plus. The hourly rate for this position is $23.60.
