Job Description

The Cook is responsible for preparing recipes and food items according to the Executive Chef’s specifications.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a cook.
  • Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes precisely.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with local health codes.
About The Role
  • Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake, and grill food items as needed.
  • Operate kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, broiler, oven, French top, and blast chiller.
  • Perform prep work in a timely manner.
  • Maintain ingredient supply levels and organize work stations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Follow safety and health regulations.
  • Handle tools and equipment properly, including storage and cleaning.
  • Store and handle perishables correctly to maintain quality and safety.
  • Follow recipes and demonstrate positive responses to training.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • High standards due to celebrity Chef concept.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 70-100 lbs), and working in hot/cold conditions.

Pay: $24.50 per hour, depending on experience.
