About the Role: Cook II

Your Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with associates to meet production goals and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  2. Mentor Cook III and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
  3. Prepare hot and cold foods that meet high standards.
  4. Maintain knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques.
  5. Fulfill guest orders promptly with attention to detail.
  6. Work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism.
  7. Restock kitchen supplies and maintain cleanliness.
  8. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments.
  9. Perform additional duties as needed based on business requirements.
About You

Must Haves
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to grasp, hold, sit, walk, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 200 pounds.
  • Work indoors with temperature variations, including freezers and kitchens.
