Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality menu items with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
• Manage assigned stations, maintain mise en place and service readiness.
• Prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces, stocks, starches and garnishes.
• Use knife skills and portioning techniques to maximize yield and minimize waste.
• Ensure food quality, temperature, presentation and portions during all service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely per health codes.
• Support inventory through FIFO, labeling and rotation.
• Collaborate with culinary team and assist in training staff.
