Job description

As a Culinary Artisan, you play an integral role in curating an unforgettable dining experience, leaving an indelible mark on the palates of our patrons.

  1. Order supplies as necessary by initiating requisitions and fill out engineering work orders to maintain the best possible physical plant.
  2. Check function sheets and restaurant requisitions and prepare a list of tasks to be accomplished that day.
  3. Prepare mise en place for the day.
  4. Practice good stock rotation, storage, and handling of goods to minimize waste and spoilage.
  5. Assist in supervision and/or training of other cooks.
  6. Keep work area clean at all times and adhere to all standards of health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
  7. Report suspicious persons in the kitchen.
  8. Organize outlet orders and needs.
