Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group seeks a Cook II at Denú Hotel & Spa in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role supports daily kitchen operations, prepares and presents high-quality menu items, and leads peers in the absence of the Sous Chef. Candidates should have at least two years of culinary experience and knowledge of food safety and HACCP.

  • Lead and coordinate daily kitchen workflow and serve as acting kitchen lead in absence of Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
  • Train and mentor Cook III and other kitchen staff to foster a professional, collaborative environment.
  • Support banquet, catering, and special events, accommodating dietary restrictions and guest requests.
