The Toll House Hotel, operated by Peregrine TH Management, LLC, is seeking a Cook 2 to prepare all menu items according to standardized recipes and to lead in various stations around the kitchen. You will ensure mise-en-place and quality service across shifts.
Applicants should have culinary experience and a California Food Handlers Certification. The role may require working nights, weekends and holidays as part of a broad schedule.
Pay Range - $22-$24/hour DOE - Cook 2 is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes. The role is also responsible for taking a lead in various areas and stations around the kitchen.
