Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the quality of food items, proper utilization and storage of food and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas. Experience with patient line and made-to-order restaurant-style plating is required. Food handling activities must comply with regulatory guidelines, with a focus on minimizing waste and maintaining quality.
