Copper Horse Restaurant is a high-volume restaurant serving Bozeman Airport travelers for over ten years. You can build a solid career with our company in a stable, hourly position with great benefits.

Be The Last Best Taste of Montana for hungry travelers at the Bozeman airport. As a member of our team, you'll be eligible for benefits packages, various shift times, and strong support from a hard-working team.

This is a line cooking position with the goal of keeping all tickets under fifteen minutes and serving American-style food with as many local Montana products as possible. Our kitchen is unique compared to many other restaurants in Bozeman, where we operate a small yet productive line with a simple menu that hardly changes. Our menu focuses on quality items and quick processing times so passengers can have a great meal and be ready for their departing flight. Prior cooking experience is preferred, but we are always eager to help train someone new, and our general operations allow for quick learning.
