About the Role

At Montage Deer Valley, we are seeking passionate cooks to create memorable culinary experiences. This full-time, entry-level position involves preparing hot and cold foods, maintaining high standards of sanitation and culinary techniques, and delivering exceptional guest service. We foster a creative and collaborative environment that encourages growth and fun.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare hot and cold foods meeting hotel standards.
  2. Maintain knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques.
  3. Fulfill guest orders promptly with attention to detail.
  4. Work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism.
  5. Create WOW moments for guests.
  6. Perform additional duties as needed based on business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Passion for creating dishes and storytelling with food.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and memorable moments.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and grow.
  • Trustworthiness and integrity.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.
  • Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull equipment weighing up to 200 pounds.
