Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic kitchen operation.
• Ability to read and quantify recipes and menus.
• Ability to understand oral and/or written instructions.
• Interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, subcontractors and management.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract.
