Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards including HCAAP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present food items for meals.
• Cover patient tray line or Cafe grill based on assignment.
• Clean equipment and attend cooks' meetings.
