• Must have food and beverage knowledge.
• Must have outstanding technical cooking skills.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and management demands.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly follow instructions for food preparation and handling.
• Ensure hygiene standards are maintained, working with Stewards to keep kitchen and equipment clean.
• Propose and initiate new services and products for guests when approved.
• Maintain tidy food storage spaces and inspect refrigerated areas for turnover of items.
